SAIL — Self-Care, Accountability, Influence, Learning — is an immersive executive leadership development program designed and led by Tara Furiani, founder of SAIL Leadership and creator of Not the HR Lady. It replaces the hotel conference room with a Virgin Voyages ship, and replaces the generic curriculum with coaching built around you.
Each SAIL voyage runs four to five nights at sea, and includes eight private coaching sessions and two leadership profiles — CrowsNest360™ and Periscope™ — completed before you board. Voyages sail on Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady and Brilliant Lady, departing Miami.
SAIL is leadership development designed around the human doing the leading. We begin by understanding how you lead — how other people experience you, and what you actually want to work on — then build your coaching and your voyage around what we learn. Nothing is mandatory; everything is available. You decide how much of it you want, and how much you don’t.
